Human Resources and Legal Assistance Unit
Core responsibilities of Human Resources and Legal Assistance Unit include handling of CFLP personnel and legal-related matters.
Tasks of Human Resources and Legal Assistance Unit include the following:
- to provide comprehensive personnel-related support for civil officers employed in the CFLP and cooperate with relevant Department of the Police Headquarters as regards personnel matters of police officers carrying out their duties in CFLP,
- to co-ordinate the activities concerning verification and vetting procedures in relation to CFLP civil and police personnel; to cooperate with relevant Department of the Police Headquarters as regards these matters; to maintain list of persons and activities authorised to having access to confidential information,
- to supervise protection of confidential information in CFLP, including recording and distribution of documentation and adhering to relevant legal provisions in this scope,
- to carry out trainings in scope of protection of confidential information and personal data protection for CFLP personnel,
- to conduct initial training for new personnel in scope of work health and safety and anti-fire protection; to provide for post-accident proceedings,
- to draft documentation in organisational and alert relating matters, if necessary,
- to provide opinion of legal acts within CFLP competence,
- to draft legal opinions for CFLP management,
- to handle complaint procedures
