Specjalistyczne szkolenie pt. „Toolmarks on Reloaded Ammunition” w ramach projektu SharExPlus
W dniach 2–6 maja 2022 roku w miejscowości Landsberg am Lech w Niemczech w ramach projektu pt. „Malta, Romania, Poland and France EVO expertise sharing” (SharExPlus) współfinansowanego z programu ramowego Unii Europejskiej Internal Security Fund Police odbyło się specjalistyczne szkolenie pt. „Toolmarks on Reloaded Ammunition”.
W szkoleniu udział wzięli eksperci i specjaliści z zakresu badań broni i amunicji z Malty, Rumunii i Polski. Stronę polską reprezentowali przedstawiciele Centralnego Laboratorium Kryminalistycznego Policji oraz laboratorium kryminalistycznego Komendy Wojewódzkiej Policji w Lublinie. Szkolenie obejmowało zagadnienia związane z pozostawianiem na powierzchni reelaborowanych naboi tj. śladów umożliwiających przeprowadzenie badań mechanoskopijnych pozwalających na identyfikację narzędzi służących do elaboracji amunicji, elaborację amunicji przy wykorzystaniu dostępnych na rynku pras i innych narzędzi, jak również wytwarzanie naboi historycznych z dostępnych na rynku elementów amunicji.

Specialized training on “Toolmarks on Reloaded Ammunition” within the framework of SharExPlus Project
The Central Forensic Laboratory of the Police participates as a beneficiary in the project titled „Malta, Romania, Poland and France EVO expertise sharing” (SharExPlus), which received funding from the European Union’s Internal Security Fund Police Programme.
As one of the activities within the project, a training titled “Toolmarks on Reloaded Ammunition” took place on the 2nd-6th of May in Landsberg am Lech in Germany. The training was attended by the forensic experts and specialists in the field of firearms and ballistics examination from Malta, Romania and Poland. The Polish party was represented by the Central Forensic Laboratory of the Police and the Voivodeship Police Forensic Laboratory in Lublin.
The scope of the training covered issues related to leaving on the surface reelaborated ammunition ie. traces that will allow for the identification of tools used to elaborate ammunition, elaboration of ammunition using presses and other tools available on the market, as well as production of historical cartridges from ammunition elements available on the market.
