Visit of the Polish Police representatives to the United States

Following the invitation extended by the University of New Haven, the Deputy to the Police Commander-In-Chief, Mirosław Schossler and the Director of the Central Forensic Laboratory of the Police, Dr. Waldemar Krawczyk visited the U.S in the period between 11-19 October 2013.

Polish Police delegates were introduced to the University authorities, where they discussed possible trends for co-operation including training exchange in scope of forensic sciences and participation in specialist manager courses.
The representatives from Poland also took part in the 22nd Annual Arnold Markle Symposium organized by the Henry C. Lee Institute of Forensic Science. This year’s meeting devoted to discuss some of the major concerns of investigators, current topics related to investigation, and the best or latest techniques available to law enforcement in their pursuit of justice, gathered police chiefs, investigators, forensic experts from the U.S. and other countries. The Polish and U.S. representatives came to the agreement as regards the scope of further cooperation.
The Director of the Central Forensic Laboratory of the Police, Dr. Waldemar Krawczyk was presented the Henry C. Lee Institute of Forensic Science at the University of New Haven diploma in recognition of achievements in forensic science and international, scientific exchange.
