CEPOL course on quality control in crime scene investigation

On 5-8 September 2017 a course in quality control in crime scene investigation took place in Tallin (Estonia).

The training was organized under auspices of CEPOL with assistance of ENFSI and Estonian Academy of Security. 23 representatives of EU Member States took part in the training, including experts in crime scene investigation, forensic experts and prosecutors. The topics under discussion included: the quality of secured evidence, quality standards in crime scene investigation in use across the world, the control of evidence material and presentation of CSI activities performed in the country of origin of each participant.

Polish police was represented by Mr Piotr Trojanowski – Crime Scene Officers Manager from Central Forensic Laboratory of the Police.
