Public Procurement Unit

The tasks of Public Procurement Unit include the following:
  • drafting an annual CFLP public procurement plan;
  • providing overall guidance on public procurement procedures;
  • to prepare, carry out and document public procurement procedures in line with Public Procurement Law of 29 January 2004 and Regulation of granting public procurement on services, deliveries and construction works in the Central Forensic Laboratory;
  • publication of announcements, notices, reports and website information pertinent to ongoing CFLP public procurement;
  • participation in the activities of tender evaluation committees and to maintain documentation related to public procurement;
  • co-operation with CFLP organizational units in scope of public procurement;
  • involvement in public procurement procedure in relation to R&D projects conducted by CFLP (relevant documentation, timetables, purchases).
